The Propex Malaga 5 LPG water storage heater for boats is available as a standard gas-only heater or as the E version. The E-version has an additional 750-watt electric heating element. The burners can be used together or independently of each other. This is ideal for those with a home mooring and electricity hook-up, or for using surplus solar energy. Both heaters can provide a very quick and efficient supply of hot water for showering and washing. The 13-litre capacity refers to the internal hot water tank that will heat and store water to 70ยฐC. This is then automatically mixed with cold water to around 42ยฐC domestic hot water, giving more than 13 litres of usable hot water.
