During that historically harsh winter, it became glaringly obvious that boat owners faced a massive hurdle: finding reliable, safe, and truly competent marine heating engineers. General domestic plumbers often lack the specific knowledge required for marine regulations, and that gap in the market was putting boaters at risk.
